Ozone Destructors

OTSILs Catalytic and Thermal destructors allow two way breathing in contact tanks while destroying unreacted Ozone safely and reliably.

Thermal ozone destructors are suitable for all types of processes especially when catalytic contaminants are present in the process. They typically heat the vent/off gas to upto 300 degrees Celsius thereby greatly lowering Ozone half life.

Catalytic ozone destructors are suitable for all types of processes especially when catalytic contaminants are not present in the process. They typically heat the vent/off gas to 5 degrees above ambient temperature to prevent catalyst poisoning and destroy Ozone using a non-consumable catalyst. Operation and maintenance costs associated with catalytic ozone destructors are significantly lower than thermal destructors.
