Ozone Mixing Systems
Overview
Ozone mixing is perhaps as important as ozone generation itself as incorrect mixing design will increase the net ozone requirement by up to 50%. This is why considerable capital and operational savings can be obtained by ensuring efficient ozone dissolution. We offer four categories:
1. Venturies
Mazzei® venturi injectors (World leaders in ozone injection applications) are differential pressure injectors with internal mixing vanes. The superiority of Mazzei injectors is due to its unique, patented design which maximizes injector efficiency, suction capacity and mixing capabilities. The operating costs of Mazzei injectors are lower than less efficient systems, and Mazzei injectors are trouble-free because they have no moving parts.
2. Static mixers
Static mixers are used to improve the dissolution of ozone gas, and promote flow division and radial mixing. They are engineered with fixed or removable elements.
3. Liquid gas compressors
To achieve enhanced ozone mixing at high pressure lines and specialized applications OTSIL works with Koerting AG to provide high pressure gas mixing solutions where simple static mixers and venturies are insufficient.
4. Diffusers
OTSIL’s disc type and tube type fine bubble diffusers allow a large volume of ozone gas to be mixed with high efficiency.
